This beautiful and unusual necklace features a intricately carved silver oxidised fox pendant on a string of 4mm carnelian beads.

The necklace features a host of intricate details including a miniature fox silhouette and oxidised silver oak leaves.

The fox figure walks through a storm of autumn leaves, these have been intricately carved onto the surface of the piece. The reverse of the fox is equally detailed with swirling leaves and a tiny bird in flight makes up one of the necklace attachments.

A further oak leaf charm hangs beneath the fox.

The necklace is fitted with a 5cm chain extender.

This piece is inspired by one of Shelly's illustrations 'Castle Storm' (see final image) and is the signature piece in the 'Fox' collection.

Bethan has hand carved this fox as a wax model before having it cast into silver using the lost wax process. This work is completed by a small metal caster in the historic Jewellery Quarter in Birmingham. Each cast is then desprued, polished and hand finished by Bethan. These pieces will then be hallmarked by the Birmingham Assay office
